Webisa John lives with his parents and siblings. John's father is the sole provider for the family and works as a farmer in the fields to grow bananas. Unfortunately, this job is seasonal and unstable, which results in low income. Meanwhile, John's mother stays at home to take care of him. The family is currently facing numerous difficulties and hardships due to their economic dependence on the father’s labor. Due to financial constraints, they are unable to send John to school. The family needs help to ensure John's minimum nutritional and learning needs. As a result, the local authority has selected John for daycare support from the CLF Uganda program. This program helps his parents send their child to school and allows John's mother to have more time to work and increase the family's income.
